How does it work?
GCLP referral advisors is a Limited Function referral Organization (LFRO). A LFRO allows licensed Realtors ® who do not actively sell real estate to legally receive a commission for their referrals.
LFRO agents are not permitted to practice real estate. Additionally, they are not required to join the local Realtor ® board, MLS, Florida Association of Realtors ® (FAR) or the National Association of Realtors ® .
When a real estate license is active with a LFRO, the Realtor ® is eligible to receive referral fees within legal guidlines.
